I’m not going to drigasee with the jumps you are making as they certainly seem plausible, but they wouldn’t necessarily take place in a film project depending on how you set it up.If you look at it on the other hand, if you had 500 backers that could possibly be getting money in return, they are much more likely to promote your film. If I donate $5 to project it is possible that I might not think much about it again. Now if I can get a return on that investment, it will probably stay with me longer.I think the bigger problem this could cause would be now every project would be expected to pay back a return and not just a donation benefit. That’s my initial 2 cents. I actually know nothing about this bill, but will definitely be looking into it. Thanks for calling it out.
