A walk-thru of the award winning Sci-Fi series “Afterworld” will provide a glimpse into one of the first original IP transmedia projects. A discussion lead by the producer and writer of the series, which included interactive components and video game, will include what worked (and what didn’t) in the early days of this emerging entertainment format. What began as experimentation and trial and error led to the development of a tactical approach for transmedia storytelling and can provide insight into what can help make a successful cross-platform project.
