Independent post-production is continuously evolving, quickly becoming as portable as the camera itself. This panel will look at creative solutions providing maximum flexibility while considering schedule, location and budget – with workflows incorporating on-set postproduction running concurrently with shooting, turning unconventional locations into postproduction suites benefiting independent production. Additionally, the panel will also explore the tools and different solutions, including small scale on-set networked solutions and the benefits of how on-set editing creates a feedback loop with the director and cinematographer improving the creative communication essential to the collaborative process.
