This is a great opportunity for students or recent grads who are looking to get a head start on navigating career choices and opportunities.
During this 8-week virtual program students:
- — Attend Industry-Led Conversations.
- — Develop a project, culminating into a verbal and visual pitch.
- — Receive career and creative mentorship + feedback from Industry professionals.
Students are exposed to a variety of career choices, gain a working knowledge of the film and media industry sectors, pitch their project concepts, and engage with makers and industry leaders during Gotham Week 2024.
Students are connected to dozens of industry professionals spanning fiction, documentary and audio formats, including leaders from A24 Films, A+E Television Networks, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Fox, Showtime, Brown Girls Doc Mafia, Film Nation, Impact Partners, The PBS Foundation, ITVS, Magnolia Pictures, NPR, SFFilm and The 51 Fund.
